There were a few hitches with our order - the first product we requested was unexpectedly backordered, and the replacement product shipped from the manufacturer 40 units short. Excellent 5 star service from Barefoot Swag! We ordered cups for our new hire swag and they came out excellent. The follow up was great and very responsive the entire process. Rhonda answered all my questions (and believe me I had many!). The product is very good quality and the logos on the mugs we ordered are very crisp. We had to order 3 different logos (so three separate orders) and everything came out perfect and no errors! Highly recommend for any new hire swag you need.

I have used Swag Connection for over 8 years and have always been impressed with the service, price and quality of the products I have received. I own a trade show organization company so quality promotional items is a very important part of my business. I'm always impressed with the speed of delivery as well. Swag Connection has helped me locate unique items for some of my best clients including Boeing, Daimler Trucks and NW Natural Gas. My only suggestions is to make sure and order samples. I have also learned that cheap is not always the best. I recommend spending a little more money on promotional items. Quality is better than quantity.
